We Are At It Again!

So, after a whole six days at home we headed back to the coast! We just cant get enough of the green! Our good friends from Colorado, the Pippins, came to Portland, Or to see his family. They were going to go to Mt St Helens on Saturday and we were going to visit them for the 4th of July. Instead we ended up meeting them at the mountain, spending a wonderful day talking, catching up, talking about baby names for their 5th boy!, stopping at the visitor centers, taking pictures and eating dinner at a small family restaurant called Pepers. It was really good food and the kids almost brought down the house! Luckily they gave us a whole back room to ourselves so no one else was affected by our rowdiness. We now are staying in a very nice Quality Inn in Wilsonville, Or (suburb of Portland).
I feel like we are old pros at traveling by now. I was not overwhelmed at the idea of packing, knew exactly what to bring and it worked out great. The girls are also great travelers.
Tomorrow will be church with the Pippins then just hanging out. Maybe some swimming at our hotel. Then Monday we head to Cresswell, Or to help their family put on the town firework show!
